Pack of 30 citrus peelers
Curved blade scores skin cleanly
Leaves fruit segments intact
Description
Oranges, mandarins and lemons are wonderful to eat, but peeling them by hand can be surprisingly messy. Thick skins resist your fingernails, juice ends up everywhere and the fruit often looks torn and uneven. This citrus peeler set offers a simple fix, helping you open citrus skins quickly and neatly so fruit is ready for snacks, lunch boxes, fruit platters or recipes in a matter of seconds.
Each peeler features a small curved, hooked cutter that scores the outer skin without digging deep into the fruit. Once the skin is scored, it lifts away in clean sections, leaving the segments intact. The lightweight plastic body is compact and comfortable in the hand, so it is easy to use for adults in a busy kitchen. Homelia supplies the peelers as a generous pack of thirty pieces in assorted random colours.
With so many pieces in one pack, you can keep a peeler in the kitchen drawer, the office, the car or the picnic bag, and still have plenty to share with family and friends. They are handy for oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruit and other citrus fruits, and also make useful small extras for parties or gift baskets. Rinse each peeler after use and let it air dry before storing.
